4. Payments
Payments must be made as per agreed terms and milestones. Work may be paused in case of delayed payments. Fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, final deliverables become the property of the client. Moonshift Studios retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio. Any third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses.
6. Revisions
Projects include a limited number of revisions based on the agreed scope. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges.
7. AI-Assisted Workflows
Moonshift Studios uses AI-assisted tools and workflows to improve efficiency, speed, and quality of delivery. These tools are used responsibly alongside human oversight to ensure accurate and high-performing results.
8. Limitation of Liability
Moonshift Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities arising from the use of our services.
9. Project Timelines
While we aim to deliver projects efficiently, timelines may vary depending on scope changes, client delays, and external dependencies.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with prior notice. Work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
